With my previous experience as a Pastry Chef for over 12 years, shaped my creative ability. Working in various establishments, which lead me into the Hospitality Industry with Marriott International i have learned a vast amount of knowledge. Key tips in creating atomspheres and experience through food and location that were unmatched. The bases was creating a memory that resignated with people., through appreciation, love & comfort.
