Hello My name is Katherine Stokes AKA Kat "The Chocolate Artisan "of Kat & Co Confections. This company was all started because of my love for Chocolates and Candies. Obtaining my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts was the gateway!! Learning and honing skills that I call my passion over the many years inspired me to persue what I really loved no matter what!!
Kat & Co Confections was started during the pandemic creating Fudge flavors and giving them out to neighbors and to people from Church. All positive feedback lead me having a booth at the Golden Gate Community Market where I learned that this can be a great business.
A few years later with Holidays, Custom Treats for Events and Fudge for everyone who has a sweet tooth we are here!!
